  • Damage: Not more than 1% - Impacted shell, dirty, marginally discoloured or minor insect damage
  • Unsound Kernel: Not more than 2%
  • Live Infestation: Nil
  • Insect damage: Not more than 0.1% by weight
  • Visible Mould: Not more than 0.005%
  • Kernel Moisture: Not greater than 1.8% by weight
